The I.D.E.A (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Awareness) Forum

LiveScore Group is committed to diversity and inclusion, which we recognise as critical to our business and fundamental to everything we do. The I.D.E.A Forum programme includes systemic and holistic initiatives at both strategic and operational levels across all our entities. Our programme is supported by policies and practices providing an integrated approach to inclusion, opportunity, equality and diversity at LiveScore Group.

LiveScore Group recognises that actions speak louder than words. Though sports and gaming typically lack a representative workforce, we are focussed on creating a more balanced employee base that reflects the diversity of our audiences as well as developing products and features that have wider appeal. We are committed to recruiting and fostering the development of a people from varied backgrounds to bring diversity of experience and promote thought-diversity within our teams. We passionately believe that you have the right to ‘live your truth’ each day, and we are working on reducing barriers to entry (and upward mobility) – particularly for those from underrepresented communities.

One of the aims of the I.D.E.A Forum is to eliminate practices of unconscious bias and discrimination from our ways of working as well as creating opportunities for diverse talent to thrive.
